SnapLogic Expands Leadership Team with New Sales, Finance and Product Executives

New Leaders Appointed to Manage SnapLogic Growth; Bring Over 60 Years of Combined Industry Experience

San Mateo, Calif. – Oct 11, 2011 – SnapLogic , the cloud connection company, today announced the appointments of Scott Edgington as Senior Vice President of Americas, Lisa D’Alencon as Chief Financial Officer, and Ash Jhaveri as Senior Director of Products. After a summer of significant product launches, increased customer adoption and several new partnerships, these leaders build upon the company’s momentum by extending SnapLogic’s management team with vital experience in key areas of the business.

“We are now in formation for the next phase of SnapLogic’s growth with a solid team of industry veterans raising our game across all disciplines,” said Gaurav Dhillon, chairman and CEO of SnapLogic. “Scott, Lisa and Ash are the best in their fields and – along with other recent additions to our leadership team – they will help us accelerate our business and innovation across geographies, channels and products.”

A proven enterprise sales executive with deep integration market knowledge and more than two decades of experience, Scott Edgington will bring SnapLogic’s powerful connection technology to organizations of all sizes in the Americas. He previously led worldwide sales and business development for Troux Technologies, where he increased market execution while optimizing sales productivity and key performance indicators by focusing on customer success. Edgington held similarly impactful leadership roles at Tealeaf Technology, Voltage Security and BEA Systems, where he played a crucial role in the launch and market adoption of BEA’s growth-accelerating integration, Web Services, and SOA technologies.

“As organizations move aggressively towards the cloud for cost and competitive advantage, SnapLogic is the first and only solution architected to address the new integration challenges that cloud computing presents,” said Edgington. “These obstacles are so vastly different from those of the past, that the integration technologies built for last century’s problems simply can’t be re-architected to address them. I look forward to sharing the power of SnapLogic with mid-sized and large North American enterprises as they develop their cloud computing and integration strategies.”

SnapLogic’s new CFO, Lisa D’Alencon, is a senior financial executive with more than 25 years experience helping young growth-stage companies in the high tech industry to establish sound financial systems and disciplines that accommodate steady expansion. Prior to SnapLogic, she founded and co-owned Bridgeway LLC, where she served as an interim, part-time and full time CFO for a variety of companies. In addition, D’Alencon was previously the senior financial executive at Bitfone Corporation (acquired by HP), cc:Mail (acquired by Lotus Development), PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst&Young.

Ash Jhaveri brings fresh brainpower to SnapLogic’s product development and innovation, managing the company’s product strategies, roadmaps and product portfolio. Prior to SnapLogic, Jhaveri led business development for Google Chrome, and held key product management positions at Microsoft and MicroStrategy.
