Congratulations to Susan Osorio and Daphne Monroe!

Last week, we were thrilled to share that we had not one but two channel leaders named to CRN’s Women of the Channel list for 2024: Susan Osorio and Daphne Monroe. Over the course of my career, I have been very fortunate to work with some incredible women who are leading channel program development with a clear vision and a strong commitment to success. Susan and Daphne both stand out as strong leaders with a passion for building creative, connected and thriving channel programs.

Here at SnapLogic, we believe the Partner Ecosystem represents the most powerful opportunity to deliver value for customers and profitably grow mutual businesses. Successful collaboration starts with listening – to customers and partners – such that a deep understanding of customer challenges can be achieved, and meaningful outcomes can be established through flexible programs, especially to empower unique regional requirements.  Both Susan and Daphne have been instrumental in building and executing this vision at SnapLogic and we are excited to celebrate their accomplishments.

Read on to get to know these two special women and to learn more about the CRN Women of the Channel list.

Susan Osorio: Curious & Collaborative

Susan Osorio joined SnapLogic in 2021 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Cloud Partnerships. With over twenty years of experience, she’s excelled in developing and scaling alliances across various partner types. Her key accomplishment last year was spearheading a global AWS go-to-market strategy, resulting in significant growth and the signing of the first AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement for SnapLogic.

Susan’s success stems from her ability to leverage industry vertical knowledge and market insights, allowing her to understand partners’ objectives and accelerate business outcomes for partners and customers alike. In her own words, Susan’s superpower includes curiosity and collaboration:

I have a genuine curiosity to understand the business objectives, motivations, aspirations, and mission of my partners and the customer problems they are solving with their technology offerings. This awareness coupled with my research and insights on the market as a whole enables the opportunity to collaborate on successful GTM approaches and take differentiated joint solutions to market which will have a meaningful impact on customers and accelerate the business outcomes they are looking to achieve resulting in productivity gains and reduction of costs.

Susan Osorio, Sr. Cloud Partnerships Director

In 2024, Susan believes that the key to success for SnapLogic partners will be bringing industry knowledge to build repeatable solutions and embracing SnapLogic’s generative integration platform – and she’ll be right by their side to help them get there.

Daphne Monroe: Influential & Authentic

Daphne is a seasoned channel marketing professional with a two-decade career in telecom and technology. At SnapLogic, Daphne has been instrumental in fostering partnerships and alliances, crafting cutting-edge marketing strategies, and building the operational engine to make it all go.

Last year, Daphne led a record-number of events and campaigns with partners that took our channel marketing strategy to the next level. To get there, Daphne leveraged her super power of building relationships to align with stakeholders, establish clear priorities and bring these campaigns and events to life. Here’s a little more about how Daphne describes superpower:

For me building relationships transcends mere professional necessity; it is a superpower that has defined my career. With an innate ability to connect on a personal level, I have transformed business interactions into enduring partnerships. Two decades in the telecom and tech industry have witnessed the weaving of a network of trust and collaboration, fostering alliances that withstand the test of time. Whether engaging with industry leaders, stakeholders, or team members, my superpower lies in the authenticity of connections. This unique skill not only opens doors to opportunities but also creates an environment where shared success becomes the hallmark of every collaboration.”

Daphne Monroe, Sr. Partner Marketing Manager

Looking ahead to the future, Daphne believes that training and enablement will be key to channel partner success. Daphne is poised and ready to deliver the resources that our partners need to execute new, creative campaigns, and I’m sure it’ll surely be another successful year.
