From advanced AI-driven capabilities in SnapLogic AgentCreator to enhanced monitoring and platform updates, this release empowers organizations to innovate faster and work smarter.

Expanding possibilities with Azure OpenAI and Google

The January release brings powerful new Snaps to SnapLogic AgentCreator to expand integration capabilities with Azure OpenAI and Google GenAI enhancing automation and improving response accuracy.

  • Azure OpenAI Snap Pack:
    • Assistants Submit Tool Outputs: Feeds external tool outputs directly into the LLM for further processing
    • Assistants Tool Call Router: Routes tool calls dynamically, enabling seamless orchestration
    • Add Vector Store File & Create Vector Store: Simplify vector store creation and management for enhanced data handling
    • List Files, List Vector Store Files, and Remove Vector Store File: Additional utilities for streamlining file and storage management
  • Google GenAI Snap Pack:
    • Google Gemini API Tool Calling: Facilitates external tool integration for enriched model responses
    • Function Generator & Function Result Generator: Automate tool definition generation and result formatting for greater precision

We have also made a number of enhancements that improve usability and precision. These updates to Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and OpenAI LLMs include better error handling, metadata management, and validation. For example, the Amazon Bedrock Function Result Generator now supports boolean values, and Azure OpenAI Function Result Generator improvements enable passing custom metadata for better traceability.

These updates strengthen SnapLogic AgentCreator’s AI integration capabilities, driving smarter and more efficient workflows.

Enhanced observability with Monitor and API updates

The latest updates to SnapLogic Monitor deliver improved usability and enhanced observability for managing your integrations. Changes to the Asset Catalog table, such as column arrangements, filters, and row height adjustments, are now persisted across login sessions, ensuring a consistent experience. The newly named Pipeline Executions view offers a streamlined interface with usability enhancements like quick access to filterable columns, one-click sorting, and a parent-child pipeline hierarchy for better execution visibility.

Additionally, compact row spacing allows you to view more rows at once, optimizing your monitoring efficiency. These updates make it easier than ever to gain actionable insights and maintain seamless oversight of your workflows.

We have also introduced the new Snap statistics public API which provides detailed insights into your SnapLogic environment. This API retrieves key Snap Pack metrics, such as the number of pipelines, their names, project paths, and organization names, offering a comprehensive view of your integration activity. These updates empower teams to do impact analysis when there are changes to a Snap Pack or a specific Snap.

Improved SnapGPT for more reliable answers

SnapGPT, SnapLogic’s GenAI copilot, has been upgraded to deliver more accurate and reliable answers, thanks to expanded access to source material, including official documentation and community posts. To promote transparency, SnapGPT now includes links to its sources and flags potential hallucinations, offering related resources for validation. Expression generation has also been refined to ensure that only valid expressions are presented for selection, simplifying your workflow.
