SnapLogic Named a 2017 Bay Area Top Workplace

Bay Area News Group Again Recognizes SnapLogic as a Best Place to Work,
Based on Employee Feedback

SAN MATEO, Calif. — June 26, 2017 — SnapLogic, the leader in self-service application and data integration, today announced it has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by the Bay Area News Group. This recognition, awarded to SnapLogic for the second year in a row, is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey. SnapLogic employees lauded the company as a great place to work for its vision, product leadership, and commitment to customer success.

The Top Workplaces survey was administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace health were measured, including leadership, execution, values, culture, and more. The Bay Area winners were presented by the Bay Area News Group, a collective of leading newspapers including the San Jose Mercury News, the Oakland Tribune and the Contra Costa Times.

“We’re thrilled to add the 2017 Bay Area Top Workplace award to our growing list of accolades for SnapLogic,” said Gaurav Dhillon, co-founder and CEO of SnapLogic. “We understand that delivering the most innovative product and the highest level of customer satisfaction couldn’t be done without the incredible commitment and talent of our employees. With that in mind, we’ve built a culture based on trust, respect and collaboration, where employees are presented with challenging and rewarding work as well as opportunities for career growth. And, perhaps as important, we make sure we’re having fun and enjoy what we do.”

This latest recognition comes on the heels of recent notable achievements for SnapLogic, including:

“The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day — the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together. Claffey adds, “Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn’t have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.”
